Which areas of Auckland do you service?
We provide cleaning services throughout Auckland, from Whangaparaoa to Karaka, including central city areas and surrounding suburbs. Whether you are based in the city or a bit further out, there is a good chance we can come to you. If you are not sure whether your location is covered, simply get in touch, and we will be more than happy to check for you.
Do your cleaners bring their cleaning products and equipment, or will I need to supply them?
You do not need to worry about a thing, our cleaners come fully equipped with all the necessary tools and products to get the job done. We use quality, professional-grade supplies so you can enjoy a spotless space without lifting a finger.
Are your cleaning staff trained and background-checked before entering customers’ homes or offices?
Absolutely. Every member of our cleaning team is thoroughly vetted and trained before they begin work. Your safety and peace of mind are a top priority, and we make sure our team is both skilled and trustworthy.
Do I need to be at home during the cleaning, or can the cleaners do the job while I’m away?
It is completely up to you. Many of our customers prefer to go about their day while we handle the cleaning. As long as we have access, we can take care of everything while you are out and return to a clean, refreshed space.
Do you offer end-of-tenancy cleaning, and what is included in that service?
Yes, we do. Our end-of-tenancy cleaning service covers all the essentials, including lounges, kitchens, cupboards, bathrooms, window frames & sills, oven, and rangehood. You can also add carpet cleaning, and window cleaning. We aim to help you leave the property in excellent condition, ticking all the boxes for landlords or property managers.
